Workforce Partnership is committed to building a workforce development system that meets the needs of both job seekers and employers throughout the Kansas City area. We operate a network of career centers in Johnson, Leavenworth, and Wyandotte counties offering professional expertise and funding resources to employers and eligible job seekers.

Events are a great way to find businesses that are looking to hire and qualified workers looking for a job.
Who We Work With
Workforce Partnership is a community resource used by job seekers, employers, economic development entities and chamber organizations. Our job seekers range from those looking for their first job to highly skilled professionals. Employers we service include locally owned small businesses with little HR experience to nationally-recognized companies who need additional support in staffing in all corporate sectors. Economic development and chamber organizations frequently tap us for labor market data and often partner with us on attraction projects to ensure companies being courted can find the talent they need in our region. We also partner extensively with other non-profits in our community to ensure that our clients have exceptional access to the best resources to address their training needs, and any barriers they may experience in fully participating in the labor force.
